  • cooked spinach
    fresh, frozen or canned
    15 oz
  • ricotta or cottage cheese
    1 lb
  • fresh bread crumbs
    ¾ cup
  • Parmesan cheese
    ¼ cup
  • Tbs. fresh parsley
    finely chopped
    2 unit
  • salt
    ¼ tsp
  • black pepper
    tsp
  • garlic
    grated with a microplane or finely chopped
    ½ tsp
  • egg
    1 large

Method

Squeeze the spinach to remove excess water. Place in a mixing bowl.

Add the other ingredients and mix well with a fork.
