- cooked spinach15 ozfresh, frozen or canned
- ricotta or cottage cheese1 lb
- fresh bread crumbs¾ cup
- Parmesan cheese¼ cup
- Tbs. fresh parsley2 unitfinely chopped
- salt¼ tsp
- black pepper⅛ tsp
- garlic½ tspgrated with a microplane or finely chopped
- egg1 large
Method

Squeeze the spinach to remove excess water. Place in a mixing bowl.
