Ingredients
- Dijon mustard½ tablespoon
- butter1 tablespoonroom temperature
- dried sage2 tsp
- apple juice¼ cup
- sharp cheddar cheese2 cupsshredded
- pepper½ tsp
- package cream cheese8 ozsoftened
- loaf French bread1 unitcut in small slices
Method

In a large bowl, mix together mustard, butter, and sage.

Add the apple juice, cheddar cheese, and pepper, stir well.

Add the cream cheese, blending well.

Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.

When ready to serve, remove from refrigerator and allow to stand for ½ hour.

Spread on bread and serve with milk.
