Ingredients
- ground bison2 pounds
- ½ cups soft bread crumbs (2 slices of bread) or ½ cup fine dry bread crumbs1 unit
- egg1 unit
- ½ cup 1% milk1 unit
- ½ cup onion1 unitchopped
- ½ medium green pepper1 unitchopped
- Worcestershire sauce (optional)2 teaspoons
- garlic powder1 teaspoon
- ½ teaspoon salt1 unit
- ½ teaspoon pepper1 unit
Method

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together.

Form meat mixture into a loaf or pat into a lightly oiled loaf pan.

Bake in a 300°F oven for 45 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
