butter
1 cup natural
yoghurt
4 oz raw
sugar
1 cup
rolled oats
1 cup
wholemeal flour
1 cup
coconut
1 cup
sultanas
or mixed dried fruit
1 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
honey
Procedures
Cream
butter
and
sugar
Add
honey
and
yoghurt
.
Stir in the dry ingredients well.
Place in a flat oblong tin or tray.
Bake for 25 minutes on 350°F.
