Delmonico

Ingredients

• 1 oz gin
• ½ oz brandy
• ½ oz sweet vermouth
• ½ oz dry vermouth
• 1 dash bitters
• lemon peel

Procedures

1. Shake all the ingredients into a shaker and strain into a cocktail glass.
2. Garnish with lemon peel.
3. Can be served with ice.
