Ingredients

• Danish blue cheese
• sweet soft butter
• cold roast beef
• chopped chives

Procedures

1. Spread white or whole-wheat bread with equal parts Danish blue cheese and soft sweet butter, mixed together until smooth.
2. Top with slices of cold roast beef and sprinkle with chopped chives.
