Coleslaw with Mango

Ingredients

• 3 cups shredded cabbage
• 1 carrot, shredded
• 1 mango, diced
• 3 tbsp. finely chopped Onion
• 2 tbsp. finely chopped red pepper
• 8 oz. mango flavored yogurt
• 1 tsp. caraway seeds
• 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
• 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
• 1/8 tsp. salt
• pepper to taste

Procedures

Combine all ingredients except cabbage and carrot. Stir in cabbage and carrot.
