Chocolate Roll

Ingredients

• 5 eggs, separated
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ cup sugar
• ⅓ cup cocoa, sifted
• soft chocolate frosting/filling or sweetened whipped cream

Procedures

1. Beat whites and salt till soft peaks form.
2. Add sugar and beat till stiff.
3. Invert pan onto towel dusted with sifted cocoa or powdered sugar.
4. Roll up.
