Cabaret

Ingredients

• 1 oz gin
• ½ oz dry vermouth
• ½ oz Bénédictine herbal liqueur
• 2 dashes bitters
• 1 maraschino cherry

Procedures

1. Fill a shaker with ice, add gin, vermouth, Bénédictine and bitters, then shake and strain into a glass.
2. Garnish with a cherry.
