Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Peel and grate potatoes.
  2. Mix in other ingredients.
  3. Melt fat or heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil in frying pan.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto hot skillet.
  5. Brown each side to a golden brown.
  6. Serve with sour cream or applesauce.
