Boilermaker Guacamole

Description

Ingredients

• 2 medium avacados
• 1 small Onion
• 2 Tbsp cider vinegar
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• ½ tsp tabasco
• 1 jalapeno seeded,finely chopped
• 1 large tomato diced
• salt to taste

Procedures

Peel, and mash avocado with a fork.

Mix in juices, then Onion, then pepper and tomato.

Serve cold, with corn chips and favorite beverage
