Directions

  1. Place potato slices on large piece of aluminum foil.
  2. Cover with onion, celery and green pepper.
  3. Season with salt, pepper and butter.
  4. Sprinkle with bacon and cover with cheese.
  5. Seal tightly.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
