Got a new cooksessential, electric 5 qt pressure cooker. Can someone tell me how much liquid to use per pound of meat? And how much time to cook. is there a chart to use? I didnt recieve a booklet with mine and im waiting for them to send it out. But dont want to wait.. Thanks
