Directions
- Julienne the cabbage, rub some salt into it and scald with water.
- Drain well and grind.
- Then mix with egg, flour, parsley and dill, salt and pepper.
- Make pancakes from the mixture.
- Dredge with flour or bread crumbs and fry in hot lard.
