Baraboa Mas Huni

Ingredients

• 300 g pumpkin (peeled, boiled in salted water and drained)
• 50 g Onion (sliced thinly)
• 25 g coconut (freshly grated)
• 25 g Smoked Tuna Fillet (thinly sliced)
• 1 cherry pepper (chopped)
• Juice of 1 lime
• salt to season

Directions

1. Crush the Onion and cherry pepper with lime juice and salt. Add in coconut and Tuna and crush them well.
2. Squeeze the water out of the drained pumpkin.
3. Add in the pumpkin and bind all the ingredients together. Adjust seasoning.
