Pecan Catfish

Description

A Catfish recipe.

Ingredients

• 6 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 cup ground pecans
• 4 U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish fillets

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450 °F. Grease a baking sheet.

2. Mix Dijon mustard and milk in a shallow dish.

3. Spread pecans in another shallow dish or on a piece of wax paper.

4.Dip fillets into mustard mixture, then roll in ground pecans to coat, shaking off excess. Place on prepared pan.

5. Bake for 10 to12 minutes or until Catfish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
