Idiot Cookies

Ingredients

• 3 large pkgs butterscotch chips
• 1 pkg Spanish peanuts
• 4 cups chow mein noodles

Directions

1. Melt butterscotch chips in double boiler.
2. Stir in peanuts and chow mein noodles.
3. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.
4. Let set until cool.
