Tapenade

Hailing from Frances Provence region, tapenade is a thick paste made from capers, anchovies, ripe olives, olive oil, lemon juice, seasonings and sometimes small pieces of tuna. Its used as a Condiment and served with Crudités, fish, meat, etc.
