Ingredients

Danish blue cheese
sweet soft butter
cold roast beef
chopped chives

Directions

Spread white or whole-wheat bread with equal parts Danish blue cheese and soft sweet butter, mixed together until smooth.
Top with slices of cold roast beef and sprinkle with chopped chives.
