Description

Cucumber-yogurt salad

Ingredients

2 cucumbers (about 12 cm each)
500 g plain milk yogurt
1 tbsp salt
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 mint leaves
½ teaspoon of grated ginger (optional)
spoonful chopped cilantro/coriander leaves

Directions

Wash and peel cucumbers.
Chop thinly.
Put into a mixing bowl.
Put yogurt, mint leaves and garlic in the mixing bowl.
Sprinkle salt to taste
Mix well.
Serve cold.
