Rhubarb Slush

Description

• Makes about one 5 quart ice cream pail.

Ingredients

• 8 cups rhubarb
• 8 cups water
• 3 cups sugar
• ½ cup lemon juice
• 1 small package strawberry Jell-O
• 2 cups vodka
• 7-Up or Sprite

Directions

1. Cook the first 3 ingredients together and strain.
2. Then add 1 small package strawberry Jello and 2 cups vodka.
3. "Freeze".
4. Scoop into glasses and add 7-Up or Sprite.
