Vanilla Caramel

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 4 tablespoons Earth Balance
  • 1 t. vanilla extract


Procedure

  1. Boil sugar, corn syrup, margarine and coconut milk to firm-ball stage, 245 degrees F. Remove from heat and add vanilla
