Mini Pizza

Ingredients

  • 4 English muffins
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (store bought)
  • 1 pkg pepperoni
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

Procedure

  1. Slice English muffins in half
  2. Spoon on 1 tbs of pizza sauce on each English muffin half and spread evenly
  3. Place 4 pepperoni slices on each English muffin half
  4. Cover each mini pizza with 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 mins
  6. Let cool then eat
