Filling

Ingredients

• 4 egg whites
• 2 c. Sugar
• 4 c. ground walnuts
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

1. Beat egg whites until peaks form.
2. Add Sugar, a little at a time, until Sugar is beaten in and dissolved and stiff peaks form.
3. Fold in vanilla and nuts.
4. Use as directed.
