Salsa Colorado

Description

A very hot red chili sauce.

• Makes 1½ cups

Ingredients

• ½ cup whole tomato sauce
• 1 tbsp chile pequin, finely crushed or more
• 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1 tbsp cider vinegar
• dash ground Mexican oregano
• 1 garlic clove, pressed
• ½ tbsp ground cumin

Directions

1. Place tomato sauce in small bowl and add remaining ingredients.
2. Stir.
3. Taste and adjust seasonings.
