Fried Mushroom Appetizer

Ingredients
- 600 g champignons
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp bread crumbs
- vegetable oil
- salt
Directions
- Prepare the fresh champignons and boil until half done.
- Cool them, roll in flour, brush with egging, roll in bread crumbs and fry in a large amount of vegetable oil.
- Serve cooled.
