Potato-Corn Chowder

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Sauté onion, garlic and piment in oil until soft.
  2. Add 2 cups water, bouillon cube, potatoes, corn and thyme.
  3. Cook 10–15 minutes.
  4. Add NIDO , potato flakes, and ½ cup water, and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add parsley, salt and pepper.
  6. Thin with more water if desired.
