Cream Cheese Bread

Description

Bread machine recipe. This recipe is excellent for additions like nuts, raisins, etc.

Ingredients

• ⅓ cup milk
• 1 egg
• 1 cup cream cheese (broken into small chunks)
• ¼ cup butter
• 3 Tbsp sugar
• 1½ Tsp salt
• 3 cups bread flour
• 2½ Tsp instant yeast

Directions

1. Add ingredients to your bread machine in the order suggested by your instructions.
2. Select white bread setting, light crust if available.
