Meat on a Spit

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the meat into pieces, salt and mix with the largely chopped onion and pepper.
  2. Let stand for ~2 hours and string on a spit with pieces of onion, pepper and sliced tomatoes in between.
  3. Grill.
  4. Serve hot with vegetables of your own choice.
  5. Baste with lemon juice if desired.
