Guyanese Four Bean Salad

Procedures

  1. Combine the beans, pepper and onion in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, thoroughly mix the sugar, vinegar, oil, parsley, salt, mustard, tarragon and basil together.
  3. Pour this dressing mixture over the vegetables and stir.
  4. Cover and chill thoroughly.
  5. Stir the salad occasionally while it is being chilled.
  6. Just before serving, stir again and drain.
