Broccoli Casserole

Description

Broccoli casserole [1] [2] is a cheezy warm delicious dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 10 oz packages frozen chopped broccoli, or 1 pound fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 tbsp grated sweet onion
  • 10 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated (~2.5 cups)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs, crushed regular potato chips, or cheese cracker crumbs

Procedures

  1. Warm oven to 350 degree F.
  2. Grease a casserole dish with butter.
  3. Combine broccoli, eggs, mayonnaise, soup, onion and 2 cups grated cheese.
  4. Include salt & pepper.
  5. Place evenly into casserole dish.
  6. Bake for ~30 min.
  7. Cover the top with cracker crumbs and the remaining cheese.
  8. Bake to brown the new toppings for ~10 min.
