Apple BBQ Sauce

This sauce is great on ribs and chicken on the grill.
Ingredients
- 4 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup blackstrap molasses
- 3/4 cup apple jelly
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp chipotle-based hot sauce
Procedures
- Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil over medium high heat until reduced to 4 cups. Keep refridgerated for up to 3 weeks in a large mason jar or a squirt bottle.
