Authentic Amaretto Sour

Description

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Fuqua Estate in Richardson, Texas in 1994. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"

Ingredients

• 1½ ounces amaretto
• 1 ounce lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• ice
• 1 orange slice

Procedures

1. Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker with cracked ice.
2. Shake well and strain into sour glass.
3. Garnish with orange slice.
