Anderson Estate Chi Chi

Description

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Anderson Estate in Wylie, Texas in 1991. From "Catsrecipes Y-Group"

Ingredients

• 1½ ounces vodka
• 4 ounces pineapple juice
• 1 ounces cream of coconut
• 1 slice pineapple
• 1 cherry

Procedures

1. Blend vodka, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and one cup of ice in an electric blender.
2. Blend at high speed until well combined then pour into a wineglass.
