Advocaat Scrambler

Description
Scrambled eggs with Advocaat and Sausage in them.
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
- 1 teaspoon butter oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea salt
- 4 ounces De Kuyper Advocaat®
- 1 whole breakfast sausage
- no rice required!
Procedures
1.Mix eggs,milk,and Advocaat in measuring cup;beat until foamy.
2.Set eye on 4.Place skillet on eye,and pour butter oil into skillet,
then eggs;make sure skillet is completely buttered before adding eggs.
3.Crumble and cook sausage in seperate skillet on 4 until brown.
4.Pour sausage and drippings over eggs.
5.As eggs begin to whiten around edges,begin to rake gradually toward
center of skillet with fork,eventually folding eggs in on themselves,
covering sausage,as in any other omlette;do not overcook eggs.
6.Salt and serve.
