Mocha Polka

• Serves 4

Ingredients

• 2 cups strong cooled prepared coffee or 2 tbsp instant coffee + 1 pint cold water
• 1 pint chocolate ice cream
• 1 tbsp rum or ¼ tbsp almond extract
• pinch salt
• whipped cream
• ground nutmeg or sweet chocolate gratings.

Procedures

1. Put coffee or instant coffee and cold water in blender.
2. Add ice cream, flavoring and salt.
3. Whiz it.
4. Top each glass with a dab of prepared whipped topping and sprinkling of nutmeg or grated chocolate.
5. Serve at once.
