Ingredients
1 head
cabbage
, shredded
4 tablespoons
butter
½ teaspoon
pepper
1
onion
, chopped
2 tablespoons
mustard
salt
to taste
Procedures
Melt
butter
in skillet and sauté
onions
and
cabbage
.
Add about ½ cup
water
and cover.
Let steam for 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and season to taste.
Simmer another 10 minutes.
Serve hot.
