Maple Fudge

Description
Serves 4.
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- ½ cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups castor sugar
- 1 tbsp maple extract
- 1 cup nuts
Procedures
- Put butter, brown sugar and milk in pan, and bring to boil for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add castor sugar and extract when removed from heat.
- Blend well and add nuts.
- Turn into a greased dish until firm.
