Dulce de Leche from Sugar

Ingredients

• 3 cups of milk
• 2 tablespoons of vanilla
• 1 teaspoon of baking soda
• 300 grams of fine sugar

Procedures

1. Add to a large pot all the ingredients in this order: milk, sugar, vanilla and then, baking soda.
2. Place over a low low fire and stir slowly.
3. Continue stirring until it becomes thick and brown.
4. The preparations can take around 2 hours.
