Avocado (Butterless) Marmalade and Plantains

Ingredients
- 2 ripe large genuine California avocados
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 oz guava marmalade or guava preserves
- 1 oz mango passion fruit liquor
Procedures
- In a mixing bowl, chop avocados with cream cheese until buttery texture and creamy consistency.
- Add 2 oz guava marmalade or preserves.
- Mix well with electric mixer or by hand with a whisk.
- Serve with crispy plaintain sticks or croissants.
