Ingredients


Procedures

  1. Scale the milk.
  2. In a bowl, lightly beat 5 eggs.
  3. Stir in Sugar and salt.
  4. Slowly pour in the hot scalded milk.
  5. Stir constantly.
  6. Pour this mixture into a well buttered baking dish.
  7. Float toast atop the custard, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  8. Bake in 350 oven for about 25 minutes.
