Coco Loco

• Makes 2 cups

Ingredients

• 1 cup cracked ice
• 2 oz white rum
• 2 tbsp coconut cream (below)
• 1 tbsp sugar

Coconut cream

• 2 cups cream, heated
• 1 cup flaked coconut

Procedures

1. Mix ingredients in blender and frappe until smooth and foamy.
2. Serve with straw.

Coconut cream

1. Pour cream over coconut and let stand 30 minutes.
2. Strain through fine sieve.
3. Chill.
