Coca-Cola Chicken

Ingredients

• 6 chicken breasts
• 2 cups ketchup
• 1 cup Coca-Cola
• 1 large onion, chopped

Procedures

1. Place salted chicken in pan, skin side up.
2. Mix ketchup and Coke. Pour over meat.
3. Top with onion. Add black pepper to taste.
4. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
5. Serve over rice.
