Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Chop finely the cabbage, about 3 cups chopped.
  2. Add water to cover and cook until tender.
  3. Drain off all but 1 cup of the water.
  4. Add 3 cups milk and 1 cup cream.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot.
