  1. Place asparagus in micro-proof bowl; cook on high power for 20 to 30 seconds or until tender crisp; set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine marmalade and vinegar; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine asparagus, rice and ham.
  4. Add marmalade mixture; toss well.
