- Peel and grate potatoes.
- Mix in other ingredients.
- Melt fat or heat 1 tablespoon cooking oil in frying pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto hot skillet.
- Brown each side to a golden brown.
- Serve with sour cream or applesauce.
