Ingredients
- 2 cup Cooked & mashed AM beans
- -- (of choice)
- 1 cup Pre-cooked AM Bits-O-Barley
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup AM Raw wheat germ
- 2 tbsp AM soy flour
- 1 tbsp AM Unrefined vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup Onion, minced and sauteed
- 3 tbsp Prepared mustard
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Catsup of choice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- sea salt to taste (optional)
Procedures
1 Preheat oven to 350 °F.
2 Mix all ingredients together.
3 Let stand for 30 minutes.
4 Turn into an oiled casserole dish and bake for 40 minutes.
