Ingredients

Procedures

  1. Process peach in food processor or blender until very smooth.
  2. Strain juice, if desired.
  3. Fill champagne flute ⅓ full of peach juice.
  4. Top with chilled champagne or dry sparkling wine.
  5. Stir once, very gently, to combine.
