Description

French 75 [1] [2] was created to celebrate a WW1 weapon, the french light gun.


Ingredients

  • one part chilled london dry gin
  • two dashes of sweet gomme syrup
  • chilled dry champagne
  • twist of lemon


Procedures

Pour the gin and syrup together, then cover with champagne and toss in a twist of lemon.
