Toasted Sandwich

Ingredients

• butter
• Green Chutney (Coriander or Pudina)
• tomato ketchup/ Sauce
• Bread Slices
• pepper
• Filling of your choice
• chopped into fine slices
• -- fillings you can choose from:
• capsicum
• Boiled egg
• Boiled Potato
• tomato
• cucumber
• Onion
• Combination of these

Procedures

1. Apply butter on half the bread slices, and chutney on the other half.
2. Arrange filling uniformly on the buttered slices, so as that they are evenly placed.
3. Sprinkle pepper on the filling. Put droplets of ketchup/ Sauce on the filling.
4. Cover filling with Chutney slices.
5. Grease toaster well with butter.
6. Toast sandwich in preheated toaster.
7. Serve hot with sauce and chutney on the side.
